Privacy policy

When you fill in the free demo request form, we collect:

• your business name, industry, description and town,
• the contact person's name, email address and (optionally) phone number,
• the files you upload (logo, photos),
• the date and wording of your consent,
• a hash of your IP address – used only to protect the form from spam. We don't store the IP address itself.

The server also keeps standard technical logs (e.g. IP address, time of the request). {{TODO: how long server logs are kept}}

• To prepare and send you a website demo and to contact you about it – based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To protect the form from spam and abuse – based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Website demos are removed after 30 days. We keep the form data for {{TODO: retention, e.g. 12 months}}, unless you decide to work with us – then for the duration of the contract and the period required by law. You can ask us to delete your data earlier at any time.

Your data may be processed by companies that help us run the website:

We don't sell your data or share it for marketing.

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object. You can withdraw your consent at any time; this doesn't affect processing that took place before. You can also lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, PUODO).

Giving us your data is voluntary, but we can't prepare a demo without it.

This website doesn't use cookies or analytics. If you change the theme (light/dark), your choice is saved only in your browser's storage (localStorage) and is never sent to us.
